Twonkymedia server not showing media files

Hi - I have installed twonkymedia server on my vortexbox PC (fedora core) and it has been setup and is accessible.
However, when I browse media it will show me all the folders etc but the folders never have any content. An itunes application I purchased gave me error 113 (unsure if this will mean anything).
I haven't got a clue what is wrong if anybody else can offer some suggestions?
