How to turn off Transcoding.

How do you turn off Transcoding? I really don't want to use it and all of my content has already been encoded so that it will play on my WDTV-Live and PopcornHour boxes.

You shouldn't need to. As long as your client is detected correctly, it will serve up anything it knows your client understands without transcoding. In other words, you will only have the transcoding overhead when it comes across something on your shared media that your client can't normally play (which you have indicated will never be the case).
