Hi,
Im fairly new at this, so I hope someone can help me out.
I recently bought a WD Live TV media player, and also a My Book World Edition II NAS Server. Now my problem is pretty basic - I cant semme to give files or folders art cover. Does anyone know hoe the structure should be and what I should call the files?
Hope someone can help out a newbie.
Thanks.
Issue showing video cover art
Re: Issue showing video cover art
Well,
with MP3 (and other music formats) it's very simple:
Integrate cover-art into their ID-tag.
With folders in general you need to add a "folder.jpg" in the folder.
Once done you must rebuild the database to see them.

Thanks for the input
Hmmm it doesnt seem that there is an ID Tag on video files...
And how do I rebuild the database? By restarting the My Book?

Re: Issue showing video cover art
Hi,
well, in most cases videos won't have any tags (and therefore no cover-art). AFAIK only MP4 videos support tags. As said just place a "folger.jpg" in the video directory and then rebuild the database.
(To rebuild the database go to the Web UI -> Troubleshooting ansd presee the button "Rebuild database")
