[Error] dbx_query - SQL error: unable to open database file

In my server log I see this error. and although the scan found lots of media, once it hits this error, it's as if no media was found or is in the database.

What's the solution?

(Windows 7 32 bit. TwonkyMedia Server version 5.1.2)

Really, more than 40 views, but no one knows how to solve this error? Please, I would love to get this work
