TMS not seeing My Picasa albums?

Post by feffer » Thu Feb 11, 2010 12:57 am

Just purchased TMS 5.12 and installed on linux (debian). I'm using it to serve files to a PS3. Video and music from my hdd works fine, but some web streams fail. If I enable "everyone" from Picasa on the media-feeds tab, I can see a Picasa folder on the PS3 with a variety of photos. However, if I put my username and check "my photos" I do not get them. I tried both my gmail username and the whole gmail url and neither works. How can I get my Picasa albums streamed to the PS3?

thx,
feffer

SOLVED:
duh, my Picasa albums were "unlisted." Changing them to "public" made them available on the TMS and my PS3. However, rather than doing that way, I've decided to leave my Picasa on-line permissions as they were and instead link to those same pics locally. hmmm, surprised there was so little activity here.

Errrr Are you using a Linux version of TMS? if so how the hell did you get any type of media feed to appear?

As I get nothing, the media feeds settings are all correct, however I don't see anything on my PS3 or via the browser based media viewer :(

It's doing my noodle in, and I can't find anything on this site/forums about how to enable it, and I've been looking for well over an hour, almost 2.

However if I install the Windows version of 5.1.3 it all works fine. :-/
