Error with Samsung - QNAP - TwonkyMedia

Dear all,
I have an issue with a QNAP and a Samsung TV (Samsung ue 40 b 8000). QNAP runs TwonkyMedia server.
I have correctly configured TV with the appropriate network settings in order to access QNAP. When I get in Video or Music or Image library on TV a message appears that can not see content (although I have upload content). After that QNAP can not respond for a period of 2-3 minutes!!
How can I solve the problem and correctly start streaming on TV??
