Can't play videos on 1/2 TMS install

Hi.
I have Twonky Media Server running on 2 laptops (Both are running Windows 7 x64 (one has Professional and the other one has Home Premium)). They're streaming videos to my xbox 360.
The problem is that when I connect to one of the laptop, the xbox cannot seem to play video files. I get the "Can't play this content because it may not be supported" error message. But it works fine when I connect to my other laptop... I tried to install every codec I thought would help, but it didn't.
(The laptops are serving the SAME files, from an USB drive).
I'll provide any info necessary if requested...
