Twonky Server as a local/private webradio server ?

Hello,
Can TwonkyMedia Server 5 play its MP3 library contents as a webradio compatible stream (http) ?
So local internet radio capable clients can connect to an adress like http://192.168.1.110:9000/listen.m3u and get the music from Twonky which is running on the server (192.168.1.110) ?
