Mediaserver on LS Pro not seen on Soundbridge

Hi,
I have installed 5.1 MediaServer (and paid for it) on my LinkStation Pro, and everything seems quite OK based on the web interface.
The UPnP seems OK on my PS3, BUT I have a problem that my Roku Soundbridge does not see the Twonky server. It does see WMP (Win7) on my PC, so I think it's working. And it streams radio...
I haven't bought Media Manager and don't think I really need it. (I see it's featured in the video tutorial.)
I tried setting the multicast route and see this:
root@LS-GL49C:~# route add -net 224.0.0.0 netmask 240.0.0.0 dev eth0
route: SIOC[ADD|DEL]RT: File exists
Any help much appreciated.
Thanks.
