Yamaha neoHD 700

Hello,
I have a WD ShareSpace which runs v 4.4.9 of TwonkyMedia. My neoHD can only see and play the music folders/files. I'm trying to see if there's a way to be able to view photos and movies as well. I can view them thru the WEB. I can also connect a USB drive directly to neoHD and it can see photos and movies just fine. Any help appreciated...
