Up-Grade to TMS 5.1.12??

I am running TMS 4.4.18 with XP to a D-Link DSM 520; no real issues (other than no MKV support with the 520) with my setup, but my question is what would I gain by up-grading to 5.1.12? What does 5.1.12 offer that 4.4.18 does not.
