5.1.3 no Media Feeds

I have just updated the firmware on my Qnap TS119 and as such have updated TMS to 5.1.3 I cannot see an option for Media Feeds to set up Internet radio it just isn't there?

This is the only menu options I have?
Do you have to *switch on* Media feeds some how?
