To install twonky on the Seagate Black Armor NAS 440 use twonkymedia-terastation-pro-v2-arm-4.4.18.zip It works great. Disable the mt-daapd because it has multiple security issues.
add "MT:mp4 video/mp4" to the file resources/clients.db under the "NA:XBOX 360" profile to stream mp4 file.

Could you please give a little more information how you installed Twonkymedia?
I have the Seagate NAS 110 and am really disappointed with the UPNP server, it does not work at all with my Noxon iCube.
