Upgrading DNS-323 from my mac.. I forget how.

I've had Twonky running great for many months now on my DNS-323.
The only problem is that I forget how the hell I installed it in the first place. I'm looking to upgrade, but I'd also like a refresher on how to install it. I'm using a mac by the way, so I can't run the installer exe. I googled around but couldn't find the right answer.
