Twonky Media and LaCie

I use Twonky Media Server to stream music, video, photos to my LaCinema HD via ethernet. Works great...until yesterday when it stopped. I can't figure out what happened. On the computer, Twonky shows the LaCie; file sharing is properly set, etc. Any ideas how to proceed?
