[HELP] No longer playing mpg video files over a certain size

I recently began testing a beta version of the QNAP TS-209 II firmware which comes with Twonky Media Server 5.1.4.
Before updating, everything worked fine. Twonky picked up all the .mpg files, no matter what size they were. Now it isnt seeing anything above (from what I can tell) 2.8GB.
Anyone else having the same problems?
