Hi,
since I upgraded to 5.1.3 videos can not be found by the server any longer. There are no problems with the photo-path/music-path.
Are there any hints to solve this problem?
Yours,
Michael

I'm running 5.1.4 and haven't had any problems. Try upgrading and if that doesn't work don't forget to post details of the OS you're running.

Hi,
I think I've found the problem: Since I updated from 5.1.2 to 5.1.3 (with 5.1.4 there's the same problem) the server hangs when scanning *.ts-files recorded by a dbox2. The server then locks the file and nothing else happens. If I shut down the server then the file can be accessed normally. After I restarted the server, it hangs at the same position.
With 5.1.2 there were no problems like this - the scanned files were not changed since years. So it seems that the problem comes up since 5.1.3. Any feedback from the developers?

Are those video files located on a network drive or mapped drive?
I don't remember which version did it, but one of the 5.x.x stopped scanning network paths.

Hi,
No, they're located on a local drive on the server. The path isn't mapped - there's a direct access. Are those video files located on a network drive or mapped drive?

Hi,
Can't help I'm afraid, but I have exactly the same problem. The only way I can get round it is to reencode the .TS files to another format.
