Hello all!

I'm using TwonkyMedia Server on my Asus WL-500gp (1.9.2.7-10-USB-1.71) and version 4.4.3.1 (nas build twonkymedia-asus) works great, but it doesn't support mkv files.

I installed version 5 and above (now i'm trying to use 6) but each version (nas build) can't scan my drive for files. I tried everything (restarting server, rebuilding etc.) but always numer of shared files is 0.

In log file i found something strange:

I give up now, please help!!!

I don't know if it's important, but on the site with "Background transcoding options "

only this option is active:
Rescale and convert pictures to:
JPEG

Those are inactive:
Transcode music to:
MP3

Transcode videos to:
MPEG2
WMV
MPEG4
Flash

PLS HELP!

Hi,

I'm a new user to Twonky, I'm trying a special version 6 built for arm kirkwood platform, Marvell Guruplug runnig Linux Debian 5 (kernel 2.6.32) and I'm having the same problem, application looks to be running quite well but the specific paths that I have my media get's blacklisted? Did you found out what the problem was ???

I have /systemmounts/harddrive2/files/twonkymedia in the ignore var (.ini file), but the directories where I have my Media are also being ignored, don't really know why:
/systemmounts/harddrive2/files/photo
/systemmounts/harddrive2/files/music
/systemmounts/harddrive2/files/video

already tried diferente configuration approached but I get this all the time!

just a quick question, shared files have 777 permission, should this be an issue ? (files where imported form other disk and got this permission form the system).

ps: even tried to copy a movie to the directory inside twonkymedia and removed it from the ignore list from .ini file but still got 'black listed' warning:

Just don't know what else to test, even copied the twonky application to the harddrive and adjusted all configurations to run it from there:
/systemmounts/harddrive2/files/twonkymedia/
