No Video files listed

Hi everybody,
I have a strange problem on my twonky server 5.1.4 running on my qnap TS-210. I have arranged my video library on the qnap as follows:
All videos are located in the folder videos, but I placed them in different subfolders like TV-shows, movies, documentations and so on. When I now share the whole videos folder, all my devices (Kiss, I-Mac, PC) show nothing. When I share a sub-folder like TV-shows all files are visible to the different devices.
Anybody any ideas on this??
