How to access TMS via Internet to get a Video-Stream?

Hi,

I licensed TMM.

I do not succeed in finding a description for how to get a video-stream from TMS 5.x via Internet - making use of on-the-fly transcoding so that one can adapt the video rate to the upload bandwidth.

Accessing the web interface of TMS is not a problem but does not provide a STREAM but only file download!

Obviously one does need a descripton for accessing TMS via internet by help of an UPnP AV client (ControlPoint) to get real video streams.

WHERE do I find this information?
