Can't play avi on Panasonic Blu-ray Player BT330

Hello,
i see Twonkyserver an all the films on the server on my Panasonic Blu-ray Player BT330, but i can't play them. All files are grey listed on TV not black. Pictures an Music all playable.
Serverversion 5.14 also tested 6.0RC3 but alwayse the same. There are no Problem on WINDOWS 7 on PC all playable. Please help me.
