TMS 6.0 Issue with *.wav files and Sony Bravia TV

Hello all,
I've been using TMS 5.1.3 for a couple of months with my Sony Bravia kdl 40e5520 tv and Pioneer Z9 Stereo-Receiver. I played my music in wav and mp3 format on both devices without any issues. Today I installed TMS 6.0 and I'm not able to play wav files on the Sony TV. My Pioneer can play it just as well as with TMS 5.1.3. MP3 work well on both.
Any ideas how to fix it ?
