Nubee Requires Basic Music Server Setup Help

Okay, I have a UPnP player connected to my home network (router) a controller and all my music stored on external hard drive. I have installed Twonky Server V6.0. Now, how do I set Twonky up? Simply put, I want it to do what a music server should do - retrieve music from my hard drive and pass it to my player via my router network. When I open Twonky Server, I see no setup options. I assume there must be some setup involved? Thanks...
