Transcoding Options Greyed Out

I just installed Twonkhy Media Server on a Windows Server 2003 box. The transcode options (except for .jpg) are all greyed out. I've looked for answers in the forum but have not found any. I have validated that it is not transcoding files as all of the files that did not work on my XBOX 360 before still do not work.
Any ideas?
