Media server not found. On my Panasonic Viera tv

My problem is my panasonic viera wireless tv is not finding Twonky media on my mac or the fact that they don't seem to be talking to each other. Does anyone know what I have to do to get this to find the software and let me send and display files etc on the telly? I have installed (as far as I can,) the twonkymedia server 6 on the mac and am now stuck to know what to do next? Twonky Server has a page that lists "clients" and the Panasonic Viera is showing in a box. I have ticked this box. I assume this selects it so twonky knows its available. I click the "network" text that's also in the list on the side of the main page, this then shows something called "nicrestart". I have no idea what this means? Do I select this or not? Does this page supposed to list this or any thing else?.
When I go into the tv network media server selection it says "Server not found". SO why is the twonky not being found?
aaargh, so complicated......I know the tv is working wirelessly as I can surf Utube etc with it using Viera cast, but it just does not list any media servers.
