TwonkyServer 5.1.4-1 does not list MKV-Files :(

Hi,
i buy a WD MyBookWorld where a twonkyserver is pre-installed. But it does not list any of my MKVs (most x264/aac)? Is this normal or somethin with the mkv's wrong? The Client is a WD HD TV Live and if i use smb-acces to the Networkstorage, my client play the mkv without any problems.
Hope you understand what i mean, because i had only a bit of school english
