Twonky, QNAP and Samsung Compatibility Issues

Guys, I am running the below setup
Twonky Media 5.1.6
QNAP Turbo NAS TS259 3.3.2 Build 0819T
Samsung UE46C700
I am having issues with the Samsung TVs DLNA compatibility. I can see there are lots of posts about getting MKV files working on it but mine is more of a fundamental issue. Which I hope can be resolved with some config tweaking to twonky. My issue is sometimes my QNAP doesn't even show on the available devices list on the TV. It seems to be a little random on if this happens. I have confirmed it is not the NAS or Twonky connectivity as I can connect to this via Media Player. However sometimes that Samsung is willing so I try and watch a movie file, listen to some music or watch a DVD file. I can sit and watch it on the TV sometimes for 30 minutes before I get a cannot find device error and now guess what, I can't see the QNAP again.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what this maybe or how to resolve it? I am open to anything. I know this is fundamentally a problem with the Samsung DLNA implementation but surely there are some configuration options on twonky to increase compatibility with Samsung?
Thanks in Advance
