We've received a few reports about bad keys being generated by our online shop. We are not sure why this is happening, but it seems to have started this morning (San Diego time). You can rest assured that everyone will get a working key -- although it might take a few days to sort out this problem. I apologize in advance for anyone who is inconvienced by this.

Re: Twonky key problems
All problems with license key generation appear to have been fixed.
- If purchase software now, you will get a working key.
- If you purchased software on Friday Oct 8th after 8:30 AM (Pacific time), and before 11 PM on Oct. 9th, you do not have to do anything. We will contact you and provide a replacement key.
If you don't receive a response and a new key within 24 hours, please let me know by sending an e-mail to tmm-beta@pv.com. Of course we'll try to resolve this matter faster than 24 hours, but due to time zone differences and the amount of customers that need to be contacted, it could up to 24 hours before you hear back from us.
Once again, we're very sorry about this and are making changes to our system to ensure this does not happen again.

Re: Bad license key problems
Yesterday we replaced all of the bad keys that were sent out and this issue is closed.
