Duplicate Folder

Hello I know this has been discussed but it actually happens whether I watch a movie with computer, xbox 360 or ps3. I sure hope the programmers are working on this sense there has been no reply from them.
However I was able to fix this by downgrading to version 4 of the server now everything works right.
