Okay, I am getting very very upset with the customer service and this "This key is already in use by another instance of the server." message I keep getting.... I have tried e-mailing with no response. I am in the military and move alot. I have never given out my key and I know its not in use by another instance. Please someone help me fix this. I am not looking for disconnect your internet and start your server quick fix either.

I would appreciate some help with this please.
