Logitech Revue Lag/Freeze w/MP4

I recently bought the Logitech Revue and after testing a few media servers I found that Twonky worked the best since it was able to show all my MP4 tags. The only problem I am having is that when I play a movie, I seem to be getting some lag/freeze. The video will freeze up occasionally for 2-3 seconds then continue right along. Video doesn't skip any frames but is pretty much just like pausing and resuming. It usually happens within the first 10 minutes of starting the video. It sort of feels like when I streamed HD to my old WD TV over WiFi (not enough bandwidth) but my Revue is hardwired to the router and it even happens on my SD movies. I have an 3.3 dual core and 4 GB ram.All videos are encoded with H264/AAC. Tversity seems to stream fine but is way too temperamental. Any ideas?
