M4V/MKV English(Only) Audio

Hi,
i have some movies with english(only) audio track. These files won't play on my Samsung TV.
I have Twonky installed on a German WHS Server.
All movies with German Audio plays fine.
Any ideas how to solve this issue?
Update:
It seems to be an problem with the audio track. Just checked the AC-3 Track with eac3to. Everything looks fine.
The file could be played with PS3MediaServer on my SamsungTV.
