Streaming VOB + Changing Audio Tracks

Hello,

wonder if someone can help me with the following problem:

I have a QNAP TS109 with a 5.1.6 Twonky Server running.
Using my Panasonic TX L32GW20 everything is working fine (Movies, Pictures, Music).
But when starting to look at a movie (using the media server function of the tv - meaning accessing the twonky) I have no clue how to change the audio track (for example from german to english).

I remember that in an earlier version of twonky server it was possible to change all kind of settings but this does not seem possibler anymore with 5.1.6 accessing it on port :9000

I believe changing the audio track is not a question of using the remote of the tv (havent found a button or menu entry) but a matter of setting it up on twonky.

Am I right? Any idea for solving this problem?

Thanx
LeChuck

You are mistaken. Twonkymedia server just streams the contents of the media file requested by the media player. Audio track selection has never has never been an option in twonky server and it does not make sense for it to do this.

If the media stream contains multiple language tracks then you must choose which track to hear on the media player. All language tracks are in the stream. You need to look in your TVs manual to determine how to change language tracks. Note however, that some media players (only a few these days) will only play the main audio track. If that is the case then you are out of luck.
