TwonkyServer 6.0.28 and transcoding FLAC to WAV on Linux

Hello Forum,
I'm running TwonkyServer 6.0.28 on Gentoo Linux. My streaming client (a Roku Soundbridge M400) doesn't support FLAC. I have set up transcoding according to this guide:

Unfortunately, the checkboxes for transcoding are still greyed out and the Roku still only shows the (unsupported) FLAC tracks. I don't even know where to start with tracking down the problem.
