How do I sort by OS folder heirarchy?

I have TwonkyServer 6 running on Debian stable. My question is how do I enable TwonkyServer to navigate by OS folder heirarchy?
I have my video files sorted as:
Show Name/Season x/episode.avi
Every option I try seems to take some of the files and put them in the first layer of navigation and then I see 20 or so "Season 1" folders listed one after another.
How do I get Twonky to just show me the folders the way they are laid out on the filesystem? Is that possible?
