What is "Twonky Serverwatch Dog"?

Twonkyserver runs in user mode but the "Twonky Serverwatch Dog" requests for administrator permissions: http://austausch.rene-toepfer.de/twonky ... tchdog.png

How can I solve the problem that not every time I start the Twonkyserver this messages pops up?

I have not installed Twonkyserver as a service but I use the Autostart functionality of the Twonkyserver in the user mode (I can see the the icon of it in the tray besides the clock).

I work with Windows 7 Ultimate x64.
