FLAC/QNAP/XBOX 360

Is anyone able to explain how I can get TwonkyMedia Server on QNAP to stream my FLAC files to the XBOX360? I see all the files but I cannot play them back. Is there a config change I need to make to enable FLAC playback?
If transcoding is the only option, I would not want to compress of lose quality of native flac format in the process
I used the qpkg installer and it show version
5.1.6
If there is another version, please advise on installation method if it's not in the qpkg format.
