Problem - MKV - TS 6.0.30 - Samsung UE40C6000

Dear all,
Recently I bought a Samsung UE40C6000 LED TV.
Those .mkv files build with current version of Makemvk (1.6.2) cause problems.
When I play them I just see a picture on Samsung. For a second I hear a tone and then it directly stocks.
When I forward the same. A picture a tone then it stocks. ?! Putting the file on a USB Stick and playing it on the Samsung
cause the same problem.
What I tried so far is that I changed the end device setting to Samsung TV (Twonky Server configuration)
No result.

Server: Windows 7 - Twonky Server 6.0.30
TV: Samsung UE40C6000 LED TV - T-MSX6DEUC-1002.1 (latest version)
What can I do?
