Scan order of content locations

Post by MartinS » Wed Dec 15, 2010 9:59 pm

Every time I start up my Twonky Servers (both version 6.0.30) on Buffalo Linkstation Live & Pro the order in which the TS scans the content locations is mixed up. I would like TS to scan the incoming files first, then videos, music directories afterwards and photo last to have to possibility to instantly watch new files.

I even edited the ini file to have the correct order but after the second start it all gets mixed up:

contentdir=+V|/mnt/disk1/Daten/Videos,+M|/mnt/disk1/Daten/Multimedia/Musik,+P|/mnt/disk1/Daten/Multimedia/Bilder

Does anyone have a clue on how to bring the scan locations into an order so they all get scanned the configured way every time I start the Twonky Server?

Thanks in advance,

Martin

I also cleared this up with Twonky support - seems that it is not yet implemented and the order in which the configured content locations will be scanned gets mixed up almot every time.

Cheers,

Martin
