Server stops responding after sleep

Hi, I'm having real trouble getting twonky to run in a stable manner.
I'm running a pretty much clean Windows 7 on a miniITX PC with last weeks latest version 6.0.28.
Firstly, If the PC goes to sleep after it resumes Twonky is often hanging. The server no longer reponds, however three process appear to be running, twonkymediaserverwatchdog, twonkymediaserverconfig and twonkymediaserverconfig. The Twonky service needs to be restarted for it to work again (at which point it drops and rebuilds the database).
The log file will not update after resume, but has the last lines showing from before giong to sleep.
Secondly, Another weird, maybe unconnected thing is that right clicking the taskbar twonky icon and selecting media server settings takes it to the wrong port, 9001 instead of 9000. Manually changing it works for that session. Twonky support said:
"Go to 'twonkymedia-server.ini' file placed under 'c:\Program Files\TwonkyMedia' folder. Open this file and find the variable 'httpport=' and set it to the port number you want to use.", I could not locate this file but instead found it in C:\ProgramData\twonkymedia, adding this value makes no difference.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
