Hello,
i needed to re-install my server with a larger disk.
The server is running ubuntu server 10.04.1 LTS.
Upgraded from 4.4.18 to 6.0.30 on it, following the
instructions by fboecom (topic 7870)
http://www.twonkyforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=7870
Seems to work pretty stable.
BUT
there is the major problem, that my three MP101s (with FW 1.4.7)
won't connect to the server while other clients (NP2500, Ipod, MusicPal, TV)
do flawless...
The MP101s are listed in twonkys receiver list and allowed to connect to
twonky, but the attempt to connect ends after ~ 5 min with
"unable to connect to server" ... "please check server".
Making the MP101 attempting to reconnect to the SERVER
leads to an endless after several trials....
Is there there anybody out there having a hint how to solve
the issue ?
THX

Server 6.0.30 and Netgear MP101
Re: Server 6.0.30 and Netgear MP101
Hello,
a downgrade to firmware 1.3.7 on the MP101s seems to resolve the issue...
Will report, if there are issues.
