Keyword view not complete

I'm using Twonky 6.0.30 on a Conceptronic CH3SNAS (DNS-323 compatible). When I'm indexing photos with keywords (IPTC and XMP set with xnView), all photos appear in the folder view, but some do not appear in the keyword view. When I'm deleting the EXIF tags of the photos, everything works fine. I cannot identify any difference in the EXIF tags and all photos are taken by the same camera (Canon IXOS). The log file shows for the not working photos the message "EXIF: scan_jpeg_marker < 0", but the tags of the photo are looking fine in xnView. Any known issue about this problem or an idea, how to solve it without deleting the EXIF tags (I would like to conserve them)?

seems to be solved with 6.0.31-RC6.

If you are going to ressurect an old and apperantly resolved issue then at least give some examples.

The problem exist in Version 6.0.34 and 6.0.38.

In general some pictures are accessible via search criteria like "by directory" or "by year", but not via keywords. These pictures were made with the same camera.
I have rebuild the database serveral times in both versions, but without success.

I think you'll find if you enter keywords with TwonkyManager or Microsoft's Photo software it will work. There is no standard for keywords (that I'm aware of) and we only read data from those software programs.

Hi Rick,
this could be a good lucid explanation, but all the keywords are defined by one tool (Adobe Lightroom).
Could it be possible, that are leavings from previous installations/version are responsible for this problem?

I think the problem is that there is no standard for keywords and Adobe is storing these is some location we are not reading.

Ideally you could find a utility that reads these tags and copies them to the Windows standard location that we read. I don't know if something like that exists, but it's worth searching for.
