Streaming radio

I'm trying to stream a local radio station and the online stream was flash, I was able to get the link from it that works in media player fine...

However when I add it to a m3u, I get UNSUPPORTED DATA.
#EXTM3U
#EXTINF:-1,The Bear

No clue if that's even the correct format, but I thought it was?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
