By Folder is listed several times

Media Server 5.1.9
Browsing Videos and I see By Folder listed several times. If I restart the server, it only shows on instance of By Folder, but after a day or so, more and more get listed.

Having the same problem. Also using Twonky 5.1.9 with my WD My Book World White Light. Every session where I watch a video through my xbox a 'By Folder' gets added to the menu. I think there are around 30 at the moment. Only way to get rid of the duplicates is to restart the server or rebuild the database. Would like to upgrade to see if this fixes the issue but western digital hasn't released a new firmware yet.

i get this too, but with any (although not all) of the folders.
after a rebuild, it's fine for a while then just grows.
