Keep need to re start Twonky in Putty

I have just setup Twonky on my Synology DS211J nas and am also running a windows 7 64 pc. The problem is that every time i close the putty Twonky stops working and i need to then go back into putty and start it again. I have found some commands as follows but i dont really understand how to implement them (i need it as simple as possible).

To make the server start at boot time create the file S99twonky.sh in the /usr/syno/etc/rc.d directory containing the line:
/usr/local/twonkymedia/twonkymedia start

After creating the S99twonky.sh file give it the execute permission:
chmod 700 S99twonky.sh

It might not be anything to do with the above command but any help appreciated.
