cant see some video files

Hi,

I am not able to see some video files (F.R.I.E.N.D.S) Seasons on my twonky media browser, nor on any of my client.

I have twonky pre-installed on wd my book world edition ii (5.1 v) .

Looking at the log files, it scans those folders and files but says they are invalid files. But i am able to browse to that file and open it (double click) and it plays fine.

Could anyone help me to fix the problem.

what format are the media files mpg, avi, mp4 ?

I would guess that using mediainfo or some other tool
to inspect the media, to gleen more about it,
would help twonky support to see what is going on with the files
