Twonky 5.1.4-RC2 continually building video database

Hi,
I have just purchased a QNAP TS-210 that is running Twonky. I have been on the QNAP forum and recieved help and suggestion but unfortunately no joy!
My issue is that while Twonky has successfully built a database for my pictures, it is failing to build a database for my video's (approx 450 videos in various formats - mainly avi's and divx).
The content locations are correct as recommended -
Content Locations:
/Qmultimedia/Pictures - pictures only
/Qmultimedia/Videos - videos only
/Qmultimedia/Music - music only
Each of the video files are in a folder with the title of the video. These are then all stored in the Videos folder.
I have also tried setting rescan from everything from -1 to 10,000.
Any help or suggestions would really be appreciated.
