Sony VGF-WA streamer - most of the mp3 grayed out (no play)

I am using Sony VGF-WA streamer and it was always working fine starting fro Twonky 4.4 and upto 5.x.
I upgraded TownkyMedia Server to v.6 - and majority of my mp3 files are displayed on Sony as grayed out and player would refuses to play them.
Majority of my mp3 in collection are encoded with VBR upto 320kbs with "foobar2000" from flac and other lossless formats.
I never had any issue with it. This is very strange - sort of "fixing something that is not broken".
Does anyone else experience any issues with it? What is right procedure? Should I file a support issue instead?
