[WMP12] Classify videos as TV-Show

Hello,
I'd like to know if there is an possibility to classify videos which the server share via DLNA as "TV-Show".
This is because I'm planning to save/record TV-shows and store them at my server, sharing them via TwonyServer.
As Client application I use Windows Media Player 12. Since I plan to record multiple TV-Shows, I'd like to classify them as such, to prevent the TV_Shows mixing up with the usual videos stored on the server within the WMP12 Videothek.

I hope everyone understands what I'd like to know, and maybe someone knows a solution to my problem.

Greeting
RaEyE

I don't have a great answer for you, but here are a couple of thoughts:

1. You could use TwonkyManager to rate the videos 1 star, then you could view by rating all of the 1 star content.
2. You could create two folders. One for 'TV Shows' and the other for 'Other Videos', then you could view By Folder.

Again, I know these aren't great solutions, but they are something to consider.

Hello,
first of all thank you for your fast reply.
I'm already using your second idea.
I just thought it would be nice to use the WMP native features to sort contet.

By the way, at the moment there are more than 5.000 episodes of all kinds of TV-series recorded at my Server (Central server for a students dorm (~30 users) ^^).
So the idea of rating them with one star or something like that wouldn't be that easy, especially since videos and other stuff is randomly rated by severaly of users.

Although, thank you for yiur suggestions.

Maybe sometime ther will be a feature or player that sorts or is capable of categorizing.

Greetings
RaEyE

Another solution would be to use the Keyword or Description fields in TwonkyManager, but currently TwonkyServer doesn't show those in the Nav tree.
