External Hard Drive and NAS with Twonky Server

I have WD My Book World Edition NAS with Twonky Server installed on it. I want to be able to connect a WD Elements External Hard Drive to it and be able stream media from it through Twonky. The problem i am having is when i go into twonky setup page, i can only see directorys on on the NAS and not on the Ext HDD connected to the nas. WD configeration software the came with the NAS can see the EXT HDD, it just twonky that cant.

It is probably caused by the way WD have configured twonky so that it can't see see the external HDD.
